The gods of the Land are known as the Pantheon. While the names change in the southern, middle, or northern continent - the deities are very similar and some scholars believe to be the same. Whether the deities began in Solis and spread to the elves or otherwise - most beings in the world (humans, elves, animalis, etc.) worship these deities. The only difference is the name.
There are those who worship other deities outside the Pantheon. For examples, elves have a strong druidic tradition and the dwarves have deities wholly separate from the Pantheon.
However, for most people of the Land the deities are the same and the only difference is the name.
There are twelve major deities. The following lists their common name, the northern continent (barbarian) name and then the Solisan name that is traditional to the Animalis
| Common Name | Animalis Name | Barbaric Name |
|---|---|---|
| The Father | Ra | Odin |
| The Mother | Haathor | Frigga |
| The Son | Horus | Thor |
| The Warrior | Anhur | Tyr |
| The Magician | Osiris | Frey |
| The Sailor | Tefnut | Aegir |
| The Beauty | Isis | Balder |
| The Judge | Thoth | Forseti |
| The Lover | Bast | Freya |
| The Guardian | Ptah | Heimdall |

There are a number of other entities worshipped. For example the demon Baphomet is worshipped world wide (unfortunately).
